Pre-sales consultancy
From the first point of contact, we will normally visit your office for the purpose of trying to understand your requirements and exploring potential solutions with you. When appropriate, we’ll also provide a full demonstration of the proposed solution to you and your colleagues and then provide a comprehensive and complete quotation covering everything that you need. If you're pressed for time or if distances don't allow us to visit you, we can also provide presentations over the Web.
Pre-Implementation Consultancy
Once you’ve made a decision to purchase, and depending on the size of the installation, we may undertake an on-site scoping exercise. The aim of the exercise is to clarify the strategic objectives and to provide the management team with a clear understanding of the effort and resource required to deliver a successful solution.
An important element of this is agreement on the priorities of the business and phasing of delivery. We will also highlight any potential constraints or risks identified.

We can basically do the whole installation for you, so that when you’ve had the training, you can be producing results in a very short space of time.
Training
To help you get the most from your software investment and to get you up and running as quickly as possible, we offer full Training on all software we supply.
We can provide Training at your premises or at our own Training facilities, and can train on any level. E.g. all Users might get an introduction course into the day-to-day use of the software, and other selected Users may get more advanced training. Our aim is to make you as self-supporting as possible, so that you can maintain, ‘tweak’ and administrate the system yourself.
Software Support Service
The Annual Maintenance & Support service offers unlimited telephone support to the Wizard Systems Helpdesk (though support is also available through e-mail or fax), access to new versions of the software (as long as you have purchased that option) as they become available from the software authors, regular communiqués from Wizard Systems (e.g. Hints and Tips) and a 10% discount on any booking for Training Courses at Wizard Systems Training Centre. Please note that the contract does not include 'on-site' support, which is available at an extra cost and billed on an hourly basis.

You can have the complete system financed so you only pay a monthly sum over a period of time to spread your costs and help your cash flow. More...
