wMobile delivers powerful real time access to GoldMine on your PDA or mobile telephone.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT
wMobile provides your users with secure access to all contact information stored in GoldMine. It is quick and easy to find, edit and add contacts and related information.

FAST FLEXIBLE CONTACT SEARCH
Users can search for companies and contacts using any portion of the company or contact name. Searches can be limited by city and state to reduce the number of results from large databases.

CUSTOMISED INFORMATION SCREENS
wMobile automatically inherits existing customizations from your GoldMine system. An administrator designer console is included to allow additional customization of the wMobile user interface.

DASHBOARD REPORTING
Quickly review key statistics from the GoldMine system. A dashboard displays information such as the number of completed activities and new contacts added to the database. Users can drill down to see underlying detail information.

SALES FORECAST MANAGEMENT
Users can enter and manage sales forecasts in wMobile. Forecasts entered in wMobile are instantly accessible to any sales forecast reports and analysis performed in GoldMine.

QUICK INSTALLATION
wMobile can be quickly deployed on a Microsoft IIS web server and connected to any existing GoldMine implementation. Users may connect to the application by adding a URL shortcut to their device web browser. wMobile senses the users device type and will deliver screens optimised for this device. wMobile supports connections using secure HTTP or HTTPS using SSL certificates. All wMobile traffic is encrypted with the SSL certificate encryption key.

• Linked Document Support - wMobile users can now, from their phone, access any document linked to a GoldMine contact record.
• Detail Record Support - wMobile fully supports GoldMine detail records including custom field types.  Users can read, update and add new detail records.
• Email Improvements - the email user interface has been enhanced and there is new support for GoldMine internal email, forwarding with attachments as well as many many more user requested enhancements.
• Miscellaneous features - support for user password lockout, support for un-timed activities, redesigned contact screen, duplicate contact checking on new record creation, scheduling for multiple GoldMine users, improved record navigation and much more.

Network Security Configuration

wMobile may require firewall configuration, VPN configuration or other methods to provide access from remote devices.  wMobile will by default work over HTTP port 80 as a standard web application.  wMobile supports DMZ configuration,  HTTPS / SSL Encrypted connections, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and similar security tools.

Mobile Device Support

wMobile supports all devices that include an internet browser.  Popular supported devices include all telephone operating systems by BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Palm, iPhone and  Symbian. 

PC Browser support

wMobile supports all PC internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera for mobile accessing from a full PC rather than a mobile phone.
