Sync CRM contacts with Exchange, GroupWise and Address Book (Mac OS X)

Need to sync CRM address book information? Riva delivers transparent, bi-directional synchronization of CRM accounts, contacts and leads (optional). This is just a fancy way to say that whether you add or update a contact in your CRM or in your email client, Riva will automatically sync the changes. And, if you do not want to sync all 5,000 of your contacts to your brand-new iPhone, Riva can be set to sync only recent contacts.

 

Sync CRM calendar information

Access your CRM appointments, tasks and phone calls from Outlook, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Outlook Web Access, Entourage, Mail, BlackBerry, iPhone or other ActiveSync smartphones. Appointments marked as “Private” will let your team know you’re busy, but not share any personal information. Riva allows you to sync all new CRM or Exchange calendar information or you can set the category for items to “CRM” and it will only sync those items.
