QuoteWerks Integration with Sage Line 50

ConnectIT is the NEW and future of integration between QuoteWerks and Sage Line 50.

Main functionality is as follows....

• The ability to create Service Invoice and Service Credit document types in Sage Line 50 from the current active QuoteWerks document
Ability to create Sage documents from QuoteWerks QUOTE, ORDER or INVOICE document types
• Transfers the Sage Invoice number back into the QuoteWerks software.
• Supports Credit Notes
• QuoteWerks documents distinguished between - "SI Created in Sage" and "SC Created in Sage" respectively
• Options to use a default product code if the products code from QuoteWerks does not exist in Sage
• Integration for Sage Service Invoices and Service Credit Note document types
  
• Allows the creation of new products within Sage without needing to leave the QuoteWerks application
• Options for writing values to the Notes Field of a Sage Invoice
• Quick and easy installation using a standard Windows Installer package
• The ability to create several products in Sage at one time using the Items on the QuoteWerks document.
• The ability to create Customer Records in Sage.
• Creation of Customers in Sage using SoldTo, ShipTo and BillTo fields on the QuoteWerks document.
• Create Purchase Order in Sage from quote in QuoteWerks. You can also create multiple Purchase Orders in Sage when the QuoteWerks document has more than one Vendor
• Calculates Carriage for Purchase Orders from the QuoteWerks Shipment Costs
• The ability to select whether the SoldTo,ShipTo and BillTo fields are to be used for the Sage document addresses.
• The option to take the Sage Account Reference from a field in QuoteWerks
• Optimised customer and product searching .
• The ability to perform a non-exact match on the customer’s name when searching for an Account Reference.
• Supports different non-UK tax rates.
• Supports QuoteWerks V4.0 Standard, Professional and Corporate Editions

ConnectIT must link directly to Sage Line 50 and does not support any 3rd party add-ons to Sage (Like Bill of Materials).
