IntelliClick - Intelligent e-mail marketing from your CRM system

IntelliClick is a CRM add-on tool that allows personalised email campaigns to be sent and tracked directly from within various CRM software applications such as GoldMine and ACT!. Support for Outlook and Constant Contact is also available.

IntelliClick is an “intelligent” hyperlink tracking tool that enhances the capabilities of mass e-mail campaigns. In addition to tracking campaign specific opens, click throughs, web site visits and unsubscribes, IntelliClick allows users to trigger actions and alerts (e-mail and/or scheduled phone calls back in your CRM system). Information is integrated into the CRM history, details and calendar in real time. Other capabilities include one button literature fulfillment, event registration and lead management.

Intelliclick is different from all other types of e-mail marketing:

• Create e-mail campaigns with Microsoft Outlook or your CRM software (GoldMine and ACT! supported) and use its e-mail merge capabilities to generate personalised messages which include links to your web site; No need to upload your data to external service providers.
• Using "intelligent" hyperlinks in your message will allow you to control the tracking of each click and take action. Each hyperlink can:
  • Be tracked uniquely or a common code can be used for all links to track them as part of a campaign (sub campaigns also supported)
  • Trigger an immediate e-mail alert and each hyperlink can have one or multiple recipients designated
  • Track complete contact information to enable meaningful alerts, reporting and actions to be taken
  • One click event sign-up
  • One click literature request
• IntelliClick automatically integrates results back to your CRM system to trigger follow-up actions and enable future data mining.
• Advanced options add the ability to have a series of alerts, actions and reports triggered based upon hyperlinks accessed by your e-mail recipients; Special lead management hyperlinks, created by the IntelliClick wizard, allows you to trigger a closed loop sales follow-up process.
• Advanced Send Options: IntelliClick will prevent you from accidentally sending e-mails to addresses marked as 'unsubscribe' and can also stagger the volume of e-mails being sent.
• Web Site Navigation Tracking: now we can follow the behavior of those who click on an e-mail hyperlink to track every page they visit on your web site; Detailed information about who, when, how often and which campaign is tracked; It will also capture return visits if they open their browser and go to the web site once again.
• Bounce Management: Inevitably you will have 'bounce back' e-mails from your campaign, but IntelliClick helps you by alerting you to these returned e-mails (e.g. it could create a phone call for a salesperson to call the customer), flagging records automatically or deleting the bad addresses from your system.
• Reports on tracked details are automated or available on-demand and delivered by e-mail to those you designate; Details of each campaign is summarised by date at intervals you specify.

IntelliClick works with Outlook, ACT! and GoldMine (Corporate or Premium Edition).

IntelliClick is available as a Hosted or On-Premise solution. There's also an option to pay monthly.

• Throttle queued messages to control the number of email messages sent per minute

• Schedule the date and time you want the email campaign to start sending using GoldMine's Server Agent

• Exclude those who have unsubscribed based upon flags in either their email address Notes or Merge Code fields

BOUNCE MANAGEMENT

• Identify bounced email addresses from undeliverable messages

• Set rules to cleanse your GoldMine database and track which accounts need to be updated with new email addresses

• Correct malformed email addresses to improve deliverability of your campaign blasts
