The GoldMine CRM product line has three editions, each developed with a unique person and organisation in mind. All editions provide extensive contact management, sales forecasting & sales automation, marketing automation, scheduling and project management functions. They vary in the underlying technology, scalability, price and configurability.

GoldMine Premium GoldMine Premium is the most popular version of GoldMine

The newest and most popular version of GoldMine, with pricing and features designed for small and medium sized businesses. Launched early in 2007, it includes everything that older versions of GoldMine had, plus a customer support capability, so ideal if you have a customer service team or want to track support activity. Typically aimed at installations of 1-500 Users.

GoldMine Premium Edition Web, has all the features of GoldMine Premium, but accessible via the Web.

GoldMine Corporate

GoldMine Corporate Edition is a CRM workhorse designed for small businesses. With robust functionality, low total cost of ownership, and agile integration capabilities, GoldMine Corporate provides a full-featured solution for organisations that do not require the more extensive configuration capabilities of GoldMine Premium. Typically aimed at installations of 1-500 Users.

GoldMine Enterprise

The top of the range version of GoldMine, designed for the mid-market and larger organisations. GoldMine Enterprise is the most customisable edition within the GoldMine family and covers Lead Management, Contact & Account Management, Campaign Management, Opportunity & Forecast Management, Sales Quoting and Customer Support. Also has a powerful Workflow Editor to automate business processes to increase your productivity. Typically aimed at installations of 25-1000 Users.

GoldMine Customer Service

Based on GoldMine Enterprise technology, this is a very customisable, yet out-of-the box solution for those needing an integrated Customer Service AND CRM application. GoldMine Customer Service also comes with a complete telephony VoIP integration to more effectively manage your phone calls in and out. Has 24/7 automatic self-service feature. Typically aimed at 25-1000 Users.

GoldMine Standard (Discontinued)

This 'basic' version was phased out in 2008, but will continue to be supported by Wizard Systems beyond 2009.
