The GoldMine Integration Services for Microsoft Outlook allows GoldMine 6.5 users (or above), whose companies have standardised on Microsoft Outlook, the flexibility to integrate their e-mail messaging client with their GoldMine CRM database. 

Using the GoldMine Add-in Toolbar within Outlook, messages GoldMine users receive in Outlook can be linked to any GoldMine contact's history or pending tabs.  When sending messages, users can access the GoldMine Address Book to send and link e-mail to any combination of GoldMine Contact(s) or User(s), all from within Outlook. Options can be setup to have e-mails copied automatically by the link, or to allow the User to decide which messages will be linked.

Best of all, since message linking is synchronisation-aware, remote GoldMine users will also have access to the contact's Outlook e-mail history.

GoldMine Integration Services for Microsoft Outlook is included with GoldMine Corporate Edition and Premium Edition.
