GoldMine FAQ

What's GoldMine used for?
GoldMine is mainly used to store information about your leads, prospects and customers. It's also used to track your activities, manage marketing campaigns and track your sales opportunities.

Who uses it?
All sorts of companies use GoldMine Worldwide and in the UK. In the UK, 75% of the FTSE 100 also use GoldMine. Normally it's used by a company that sells a product or service, or has a sales or marketing function, but equally it's used by some public sector and non-profit organisations. Bottom line, if your business or organisation is all about tracking and keeping information about clients or contacts, you need a tool like GoldMine.

How much does GoldMine cost?
There are a different versions of the software and it can be purchased for multiple users in your company. Entry level versions start from £395 (a 'one-off' charge). Finance options are available. GoldMine is far more affordable than on line solutions, which can be very expensive over a 2 or 3 year period.

Is it complicated to use?
No! GoldMine has been around since 1991 and is used by 2 million users worldwide. If you can type with one finger, you can use GoldMine!

Will it run on a MAC?
No. GoldMine is designed to run on Windows PCs.

How long does it take to get it up and running?
GoldMine is a ready-made system for tracking your sales and marketing activities. Smaller systems can be up and running from under an hour.

What help can I get from Wizard Systems?

Yes! Using the Web, we can install things remotely and train your staff at whatever location.
